A row of pills, one per open patch slot, plus a [+] at the end to add another.

A slot’s right-click menu contains Rename (F2, or Fn+F2 on macOS), Duplicate (Ctrl+D, or Cmd+D on macOS), Add Before, Add After, Save here, Set as Startup Default, Load Factory Patch, Reset to Default, and Delete.
